Certain high traffic time slots will not be available to schedule on-line, so if you don’t see the time you need, then please call 435-753-3906 to see if it might still be available. This feature is new, so if you experience any difficulty, please call to schedule your appointment.
Check here to see if I take your insurance. If I don’t, please consider that our fees are low and many insurance plans will reimburse you if you send them your receipt (check with your insurance beforehand.) Dr. Langford uses DrChrono for his practice management software.
